Where’s it from? Vrigny, Montagne de Reims in the Champagne region of France

What’s it taste like? The aroma is doughy, with some brioche notes coming through too. It's persistent in both flavor and gum-tingling acids, with the apple, bread and spice flavors kept in check.

Fun Facts: Biodynamic, organically farmed and vegan-friendly. Spontaneously fermented and unfined.

Packed with enough Beaujolais-esque carbonic goodness to go from a campfire on a chilly evening to the cooler for a summer BBQ, this is a bottle that any red wine drinker can get behind.
